TechConnect Learning Hub is a community-driven technology learning initiative created to help people learn, connect and grow through practical sessions, mentoring, networking and community support.

Who is TechConnect for?

TechConnect is for students, migrants, career switchers, upskillers, technology professionals and anyone interested in building confidence with technology.

Is TechConnect free to join?

Yes. TechConnect is currently free to join. Some future workshops or events may have limited seats, but our goal is to keep learning accessible and community-focused.

What kind of sessions will TechConnect run?

We are preparing sessions around AI for beginners, LinkedIn and resume support, cloud and technology careers, business analysis, agile practices, networking and career mentorship.

Do I need a technology background to join?

No. Many TechConnect sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly. We aim to explain technology in a practical, simple and accessible way.

How do I register interest?

Where will the events be held?

TechConnect is Melbourne-based, but we are exploring in-person, online and hybrid formats so more people can participate.

Can I volunteer or help run sessions?

Yes. We welcome mentors, speakers, coordinators, volunteers and community contributors from technology, education, design, career support and related areas.
